What an idiot and rude response is that? She stopped looking at her screen after I told her I would get a manager. There are individuals that mean they are entitled to break the rules and being rude about it. Antisocial behavior. Now what do you do in a situation like this? No matter what, the movie is ruined : when you talk to the person directly or when you go to a manager to adress the issue with the unruly customer directly, you miss the beginning of the movie and it puts you in a bad mood. Many years ago in Florida, another such case, the guy spit in my face for telling him to switch off the phone. I reported it to the police in case he was contagious.

Anyways the movie theater issued a free ticket so I can watch the movie again. That is a very nice response.
