There Is a point in time in psychology and human behavior where malfunctions and misbehavior changes from anger to pity. I start to pity Germany for its failures to regulate. Germany is like on a bicycle ride unable to steer and hitting into the tree coming up upfront.

How can you act in a country unable to regulate? How can you do more?
Germany has had and still has a consistent pattern of malfunctions over fourteen year now and in spite of all my documenting and verbal communications it’s not getting better.
There are simple mistakes that erode Germany as a stable country.
The legal system in Germany and Europe is like a virtual machine that cannot produce justice.
Leaders are puppets in this situation and fail to regulate because of corruption bonding.
“Angela Merkel” is now virtually connected through think tank technology , “how are you?”
“You are not listening!” – I hear you! answer “What am I to listen to?” – and – “I am listening, I can hear you loud and clear!”
Think Tank Technologie communication is like any other communication, there can be misundertandings.
“Norbert Otto P. ” – how are you?
“Becker” – why are you connected? Violation, invasion of privacy! Th connection to mister Becker is illegal, since it is forced against my will! Nobert Otto Pich is initiating illegal actions against my person!

“force connected” – that is illegal. The initiator of the forced connection proves their psychological and social incompetence!

uncorrected errors in Germany at a time all activity basis:
(a) Voss in Hamburg changes my name without informing nor asking me, that is illegal, what motivated her to do so, the legal paragraphs she mentioned cannot explain her false behavior
(b) Stefan Klebow in Hessen illegally pulls a German passport that was lawfully received. “Berhardt” connects now virtually. He doesn’t know why my name should be Pich in 2017 and claims documents from 2009 to prove his argument. What motivated him to ignore the year 2009 through 2017 ? Which abuse of power causes this false behavior?
(c) ARF, ZDF Deutschlandwelle Beitragsservice charges €400,- for a three month rental in Hamburg. They are incapable of correcting these errors over more than three years. The registration law is used to collect fees but the unregistration doesn’t close the account. This is illegal and therefore it is fraud, the unwillingness in Germany to correct this fraudulent behavior is a characteristic of organized crime in Germany. Who is motivating this false behavior?
(d) vlexx transportation services charges penalty fees for a situation they caused and they are violating the rights of their customers. Who is motivating this false behavior?
(e) Dr. Stefan E. an executor of the will of Rosemarie Meyer-Stoll does grave violations of his duty and is not held accountable by the legal system in Königstein im Taunus. There must be more false behavior of Dr. Stefan E. and his background that is covering up his failures. Who is motivating this false behavior?
(f) Thomas Sommer at Crédit Suisse in Basel is violating the rights of an heir in a fraudulent conspiracy with the executor of a will. There must be more false behavior of Thomas Sommer and his background that is covering up his failures. Who is motivating this false behavior?
(g) Holzapfel, Töpfer, Wochner violate the rights of condominium owners. They are not held accountable by the legal system in Germany. Who is motivating this false behavior?
(h) The Finanzamt Bad Homburg von der Höhe is executing false garnishments. Again the registration law is ignored to close the account properly. Who is motivating this false behavior?
(i) The Finanzamt Bad Homburg von der Höhe and the Deutsche Bank are unable to reinstate a garnished account over a period of over three weeks. Who is motivating this false behavior?
