Genau! Es muß die Gerätenummer in Kombination mit der Kontonummer bei der Aktivierung verprobt werden und nicht nur die Gerätenummer.
Das ist ein Anfängerfehler für Anwendungsdesign und dürfte so nicht passieren.
Aber die Deutsche Bank kann mir da nicht helfen, der Sprachcomputer kann wohl nicht zu richtigen Mitarbeiter verbinden.
So ist das.
Es ist unprofessionel die Kunden als Testteam zu benutzen.
