It is doubtful that an individual who lost father, wife and son in the same military strike would be a good and balanced leader. Furthermore there was no leadership quality to avoid any such conflict before it happened. To run a country based on religious indoctrination, that is technically enhanced and not voluntary is one dynamic. To implement the son of a leader in office has not much to do with religion, it is implementing dynasty or a royalty like regime.
