the fraud scheme that is going on for more than two years and that caused more than €150k in damages cannot be reported to Nigerian police over the Internet, since Nigeria doesn’t provide the technology to do that.

German police, the country where the fraud victim lives couldn’t stop the fraud scheme in over two years!

Luckily, it was possible to file a report with the United States fraud department IC3 and their Internet Website OCV.

Even Interpol did do anything saying the local police departments are to be informed, however they cannot be reached (Nigeria) or they are not doing anything (Germany) to stop the criminals.
