German train station Stuttgart. Trains are not leaving because they are over occupied. This is like a bad joke. I work 40 years in computer science, capacity planning in the year 2026 is a very bad joke.

The train didn’t leave for 40 minutes or more, the next trains were crowded too. And local trains are not much different, completely overcrowded. The conductor asked travelers without a seat reservation but with a valid ticket to exit the train. Why paying for a reservation if the lack of punctuality and canceled trains are the new normal?
It’s sad, it’s very sad.
Evenso I was born in Germany, it now becomes a country that I want to avoid, as a citizen and as a tourist.

17.4.2026: ICE 641 is again overbooked. Passengers are asked to leave the train even with a valid ticket but without seat reservation. This clearly is breach of a transportation contract of the German rail road company “Bundesbahn”. Even the federal police was asked to remove passengers from overloaded ICE 641. This is again illegal and unconstitutional, abuse of power, the police has absolutely no right to interfere in this situation. If Deutsche Bahn is too fucking-stupid to do their capacity planing it’s absolute not police business to correct the situation. Some of those Bundesbahn managers must be mentally challenged. Alexander Dobrindt is responsible for abuse of power by the police in this case. Who are the responsible managers at Deutsche Bahn for this mess and why are they still getting paid for this fraudulent capacity planning? Where are they coming from that they cannot do the mathematics? The police are being made complicit in fraudulent capacity planning.

Another sad example of people stupidification in Germany.
This is for the fucking stupid at the Deutsche Bahn : if all seats are sold for a specific train don’t sell anymore tickets on your fucking-stupid vending machines and sales offices. If you want to sell tickets like the airline business you can only sell tickets for a specific train and day. That means 100% of the tickets have to be train and time specific!
Standing for six hours in an overcrowded and overheated train without drinking water supply is a human rights violation; it is even a violation of animal welfare.
Who is the responsible manager for capacity planning at the Deutsche Bahn!?
