The US justice system is better, they have a jury to hear and to decide the case. The individual judge  is not the decision maker.

It is inconsistent, that the culprit is a paranoid schizophrenic without restrictions in normal life, but in this judgement his guilt ability is considered. That doesn’t make sense. If he was a known paranoid schizophrenic he should have been put in a psychiatric hospital before he killed a policeman. Whoever treated and diagnosed him before the crime is liable.

How does Germany protect its police force when they are not protected from paranoid schizophrenics and other such problems. It is my understanding that you can only reside in Germany with legally imposed heath insurance, what for? to let a paranoid schizophrenic go bananas?

17 shots, 6 shots hit Simon Bohr. How can a paranoid schizophrenic kill somebody like that without previous gun and shooting experience? There is no doubt in my mind that Ahmed G. had weapons experience and was in gunfights before, this was premeditated murder. Ask yourself where his paranoia came from!?
