the CVS nightmare :

I had a prescription of Xarelto, the CVS pharmacy in Zionsville charged $500. The refill prescribed by my cardiologist was $1800. Since I cannot afford this I got the generic in Germany for €50 from ratiopharm. When visiting the cardiologist in North Dakota, the pharmacy checked my insurance card and the prescription of Xarelto was $50 in the hospital pharmacy with my very same insurance card. What the fuck is going wrong with CVS pharmacy?
