A long, long time ago a friend send me money through PayPal, the service was brand new at the time.
Because my consulting business took me in different states I opened bank accounts that I connected through PayPal. Credit Cards were not my strength at the time, my credit was ruined by an adventurous life, of course it was all my late husband’s fault, but I don’t want to speak bad about the dead, well bad credit was a collateral.
PayPal was accusing me of wrongdoing, the dispute was never resolved and I lost money, not too much, but $2,800.- is a lot when you are already struggling.

PayPal accepted the new password for this old account, allowed the new phone number to be entered. The address is an old address so is the bank account. When trying to update the address and deleting the bank account, the PayPal system doesn’t allow it. This makes no sense at all. Why? No response yet from PayPal.
The PayPal App accepts the new adress, however the old adress and credit card number cannot be deleted. This is what? Identify theft, what is PayPal doing with my account and false because ancient data? Why do they need those old links be in place?
