In commoner’s life children have to show respect to parents and stepparents, why is that not working anymore, because companies have freedom of speech and intrude in human manners? Greyhound :
Since the bad performance of Delta Airlines, I switched to Greyhound, the connection out of Chicago has a 6 hour delay, the driver called in sick, they obviously don’t have reserve drivers on call. Then two buses leave Chicago one going to Madison and other didn’t, passengers to Madison were on the wrong bus. The bus driver, a nice person, didn’t find the bus stop in Minneapolis and went around the block a couple of times. The Minneapolis Greyhound bus station doesn’t have a schedule on display and no customer service, customers are suppose to call Greyhound customer service phone line. This however is not really possible, because of the wait time in the automated answering service and the noise in the bus station (caused by meaningless announcement of a Greyhound staff that really has fun to make meaningless and confusing announcements, even sings in his microphone and thanks to the amplifier he uses that is really annoying, you cannot hear your own voice nor anybody on your Greyhound customer service phone call), street noise and the absence of phone booths are also contributing to the situation. The absence of phone booths was already a problem at the airport, where talking head passengers involve co-travelers in their private conversations not only by sound but also by mimic and body language. Noise pollution harassment!
The announcement is nice for the blind but TV screens with schedules are necessary for the hearing impaired.
Luckily, I am neither blind nor hearing impaired.
I will see if Greyhound reimburses my hotel stay.
It’s not possible to send Greyhound the hotel invoice because of another do-not-reply Email. This is what I call technology fascism, top down customer bullshitting.
This deserves today’s “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.
I mean it is nice if people have fun at work but are they still efficient and fair?
Greyhound isn’t able to put me on the next bus. A customer service representative says I can get on the bus, then he says I don’t, because I made a comment.
There are at least three individuals running around at the Minneapolis bus station, today.
When leaving Chicago, they didn’t scan the tickets on the 6 hours delayed ride.
In Minneapolis they didn’t inform me that I have to get my ticket changed myself, they only told me to call customer service. I called customer service but they didn’t change my ticket, that phone conversation was unproductive because of the noise level and even telling the local staff about it, they didn’t correct their behavior so that I could understand what the customer service telephone operator was saying. When I came to the Minneapolis bus station they were playing disco music on the Greyhound sound system (I wonder now if the sound system is really Greyhound property).
This is totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t be surprised if Greyhound is being sold to a better company that knows how to manage a transportation business.
There is a real pattern here : my Delta flight is getting messed up and my Greyhound ride is getting messed up, too much coincidence, if you ask me. Somebody seems to put an effort into messing up my situation. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, we will look for you! Whatever reasons you have they must be bad reasons.
I give my business card to the local staff at Minneapolis Greyhound bus station, one staff doesn’t accept it and confirms that I could have been on today’s bus but because of my comment he refused me to get on the bus today.
The other staff accepted my business card, he said earlier there is no seat available on today’s bus, I told them I was writing a blog about my travel experiences and I want to be fair so they can comment on it. He says that they are not Greyhound employees, they are subcontractors.
The change of the original Delta Airlines ticket was $184, which wasn’t processed, then it was over $500 for same day travel, the bus fair with Greyhound was about $120, two days delay and hotel stays are more than $500. That’s what I call a no-win situation.
Too much coincidence, again somebody is playing real works scenarios, why? What are they afraid of? If you try to mess up time all activity functions, you will mess up yourself.

The Minneapolis Greyhound station operates out of Ramp B near Target Field (516 2nd Avenue North), utilizing boarding space managed by Metro Transit.
Greyhound does not currently use an independent or local subcontractor to operate this boarding location; daily passenger embarkation and arrivals are managed directly by Flix North America Inc. (the parent company of Greyhound and FlixBus) in coordination with Metro Transit’s downtown facility.

How does “Hausrecht” apply to Internet purchases? There is no “Hausrecht” for Internet businesses. There is no reason to deny a customer because online shops are 100% formal. Yes, an internet store can exclude a customer. Because online merchants are private businesses, they generally have the right to refuse service to anyone, provided the exclusion is not based on legally protected characteristics such as race, religion, gender, or national origin.

Hausrecht or right of domicile cannot be extended to the Internet space. The reason, that an online business must have a physical address is correct, but the right to exclude a customer that is hundreds or thousands of miles away based on the right of domicile ist just plain fucking wrong! The reverse logic here is that cyberspace is the extension of the physical shop or online shop owners private adress. That is plain wrong! My home is my castle and whatever goes on in the server, Internet provider, mobil phone provider of my Website and online shop has absolutely nothing to do with the right of domicile. Which reminds me of the case that a bakery refused to bake a wedding cake with two same sex sugar figures on it how was that decided?

Das Flugzeug mit der saarländischen Ministerpräsidentin Anke Rehlinger an Bord musste am Montagmorgen kurz nach dem Start wegen technischer Probleme umkehren.Die Maschine vom Typ ATR 42-500 war um 06:30 Uhr am Flughafen Saarbrücken mit Ziel Berlin gestartet. Über dem Luftraum von Bayern entschieden sich die Piloten, nach Saarbrücken zurückzufliegen, um den Fehlerort zu beheben. Ein praktischer Grund für die Umkehr: Die Fluglinie DAT hat in Saarbrücken eigene Techniker vor Ort, nicht jedoch in Berlin.Rehlinger kehrte sicher nach Saarbrücken zurück und nahm ihre Termine digital von der Staatskanzlei aus wahr.
