Durch die Erbschaft sind die monatlichen Krankenkasse Beiträge von €200,- auf €900,- gestiegen, da fordert die Techniker Krankenkasse für das Jahr 2019 mal eben €7000,- nach. Das stört den Testamentsvollstrecker Dr. Stefan Exner wenig, denn er ist dank eines konspirativen Fernsprechauftragsdienstes (BND?) nicht erreichbar. Er sitzt auf meinem Vermögen und lässt mich auf meinen durch die Erbschaft bedingten hohen Rechnungen sitzen.

Ist Deutschland noch ein Rechtsstaat? So wie ich das sehe wohl kaum!

Aber dafür gibt es Zwangsarbeit nach BGB § 662 in Deutschland im Jahr 2022 auch noch !

• Ihr Schreiben vom 13.4.2022

Sehr geehrter Herr W. ,

ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass Sie am 13.4.2022 unangemeldet an meinem Wohnort erschienen sind, weil ein Zahlungsrückstand bei der Techniker Krankenkasse von €1.976,36 besteht. Ich betrachte ihr Vorgehen und die Mitteilung, dass Sie meinen Wohnung ohne meine Zustimmung betreten dürfen als Hausfriedensbruch. 

Bedauerlicher Weise begeht der Testamentsvollstrecker Dr. Stefan Exner aus Dessau eine Straftat, denn er zahlt Gelder aus meiner Erbschaft Meyer-Stoll nicht aus. Dies wird von mir dokumentiert. Daher ist es mir nicht möglich die offenen Rechnungen zu bezahlen. Seit drei Monaten erreiche ich Dr. Stefan Exner nicht. Ich betrachte das Verhalten von Dr. Stefan Exner als gesetzeswidrig, leider ebenso ihr Vorgehen. 

Im Anhang erhalten Sie eine Kopie meiner offenen Rechnungen der letzten drei Monate sowie die Kopien der Emails an Dr. Exner. 

Bitte nehmen Sie zur Kenntnis, dass ich diese Vorgänge international dokumentiere. Den Termin am 28.4.2022 sage ich hiermit ab, denn es handelt sich dabei um Hausfriedensbruch! 

Den offenen Betrag werde ich ab Mai 2022 in Raten von €500,- abzahlen!

“Karl Wilhelm Lauterbach” – how are you? Too much Wilhelm if you ask me! My tax accountant used to fill out the form for AOK Health Insurance to determine the amount of health insurance contributions. Then my health insurance contributions jumped from €200,- to €900,- a month, I have to pay €7000,- additional payments for 2019. Since my cash flow doesn’t support that amount of invoices I asked Exner to make a payout of my inheritance. He agreed and hasn’t done it until today. In 2020 where I have many deductions on my tax return and the amount of the health insurance contributions should be significantly lower. In spite of the fact that TK has to pay back insurance contributions for 2020, they refuse health care service in 2020 for late payment of 2019. When in 2022 the tax return for 2020 was filed to show the lower income , TK refuses the filed report of the tax accountant and claims only the tax return will lower the payment. In the meantime Wilhelm at customs in Koblenz threatens with trespassing and house search over the amount of less than €2000,- . Now Brigitte, a friend of a friend, says the state has the right to commit trespassing and house search if somebody repeatedly refuses to pay. Now she is exposed: I never said I would not pay! Why would she have a motive to make life more difficult for me? Because she is a CDU member and knows Exner? I don’t know, however it’s a very interesting dynamic! Too much coincidence.

Anzeige wegen Amtsmissbrauch gegen Herrn Wilhelm vom Zoll Koblenz

Hiermit erstatte ich Strafanzeige gegen Herr Wilhelm,  von der Zollbehörde in Koblenz wegen Amtsmissbrauch und Nötigung. Herr Wilhelm handelt im Auftrag seiner Dienstfrau, Verantwortliche ist Colette Hercher, Präsidentin des Bundesministerium der Finanzen (Abteilung III – Zoll- und Verbrauchsteuerabteilung).

Herr Wilhelm reagierte auf eine Zahlungsunfähigkeit meiner Person in Bezug auf Rückstände bei der Techniker Krankenkasse in der Höhe von €1.976,36 unverhältnismäßig und daher schikanös. Diese Zahlungsunfähigkeit wird durch Dr. Stefan Exner, Testamentsvollstrecker der Erbschaft Meyer-Stoll verursacht, der seit mehreren Monaten einer zugesagten Auszahlung aus meinem Vermögen nicht nachkommt. Dr. Exner ist über die Zahlungsrückstände informiert, jedoch ist es seit mehreren Monaten nicht erreichbar. Die deutschen Behörden verletzen meine Rechte als Erbin in dieser Angelegenheit. 

Anstatt mich über das “normale” Inkassoverfahren zu informieren, dass die Rückstände von der TK an den Zoll weitergegeben wurde, erscheint Herr Wilhelm am 13.4.2022 unangemeldet an meinem Wohnort und hinterlässt ein Schreiben mit der Androhung von Hausfriedensbruch und Hausdurchsuchung. 

Diese Massnahmen sind total überzogen und stellen bösartige Willkür dar. Dies gilt auch für die Weigerung der Behörden, für die Einhaltung meiner Rechte als Erbin zu sorgen. Dies wird von mir international dokumentiert und auch international zur Anzeige gebracht! Daher erfolgt hiermit Strafanzeige gegen Herrn Wilhelm und seine Vorgesetzten wegen Amtsmissbrauch und Machtmissbrauch!

Am 14.4.2022 wurde ein Einschreiben mit Rückschein an den Zoll in Koblenz geschickt. Der Rückschein ist am 21.4.2022 noch nicht angekommen. Das soll Rechtsstaatlichkeit sein?
